Specialties: Trauma, Boundaries & People-Pleasing, Self-sabotage, Avoidance & Behavioral Patterns
I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—while also having someone in your corner who will challenge you to grow.
I specialize in working with individuals who may be navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, boundaries, self-sabotaging behaviors, people-pleasing, avoidance, or symptoms related to serious mental illness. Many of the people I work with know that something needs to change but aren’t quite sure where to begin.
My approach is direct, conversational, reflective, and solution-focused, with a little humor when appropriate. Together, we’ll look beyond what’s happening on the surface and explore how past experiences, learned behaviors, and patterns may be influencing the choices you’re making today. We’ll identify what’s working, what isn’t, and what realistic next steps can help you move forward.
I believe in meeting people where they are without expecting them to stay there. Therapy with me isn’t about judgment or having all the answers. It’s about creating a safe space to process what you’ve been through while also developing insight, strengthening boundaries, challenging unhelpful thinking, and learning healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
Whether you’re at one of your lowest points, feeling stuck in the same patterns, or simply realizing you’re ready for something different, we’ll start where you are and work toward where you want to be.
You don’t have to have everything figured out—you just have to be willing to take the next step.
